Our Promise to You:
We’re here to help! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to offer a refund or exchange for items bought at any Legend Boats store operated by Duhamel and Dewar Inc. Just bring your original receipt. If you don’t have it, no worries – we’ll look it up for you.
Easy Returns:
This policy covers items bought both in-store and online.
You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date. Simply bring your receipt, and we’ll refund the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes, to your original payment method or offer an exchange. Please note, items that are opened, damaged, or not in resalable condition may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
If we sent you the wrong item, we’ll help you return it and get the correct one out to you. For any return, we may need to inspect the item first, especially if there’s a defect, before processing a refund and covering any shipping costs.
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
Some items cannot be returned, exchanged, or covered under warranty without a receipt. This includes:
- Defective items, which are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and may be repaired or replaced.
- Electrical parts, Mercury parts, electronics (Garmin, Humminbird, Lowrance/Simrad, Minn Kota, and Cannon products).
- Special-order parts, canvas parts, boats, motors, trailers, trolling motors, and other serialized products.
- Items that were damaged by you or during transit after shipping. For transit-related damage, please report it immediately to the delivery company.
Special Return Conditions:
Certain items may have a different return policy, which will be mentioned on your invoice.
