Hallowe’en is just around the corner and Legend Boats would like to provide you with some creative costume ideas for you and your family!  We hope that you’re still young enough at heart to dress up for Hallowe’en, though if you’re too sophisticated for that, at least you’ve got some Legendary costume ideas that will fit over your little one’s snow suits.

While everyone else is dressed up as Donald Trump, Elsa, Anna, or anyone from Star Wars, you will have the most creative and truly Canadian costume on the block! We’ve even got costume ideas for couples, like:

• Fish and Chips (a fish costume and a bag of chips)
• Fish and Fisherman
• And if you like puns, you can be Legend-Dairy (a Legend Boats shirt and a carton of milk).  

If you’re looking for a solo costume, not Han Solo mind you, we do have a couple of interesting ideas up our sleeve:  

• You can still be Legend-Dairy (it would involve a cow costume wearing a cardboard Legend Boat)
• a trophy fish (a fish costume with a cardboard background…and a red button and an annoying singing voice if you really wanted to be Louie the Loud Mouth Bass).

And last but not least, for the little ones:

• A Fisherman (with a tackle box to collect candy)
• A Fish (it’s adorable anyway you choose to do it!)
• A Bobber (Baggy red pants, baggy white shirt and a snow suit underneath)
• A Fisherman in a boat
• A Bucket of Worms (cut a hole in the bottom of a garbage can, fill beige nylons with pink packing peanuts and watch them wiggle with every step!)

We hope that you found something that you liked in this list!  We know you just put your boat away for the season, which is sad, yes, but you can still show your true outdoorsmanship by braving the cold and getting some well deserved candy!
