Legend Boats, Whitefish, Ontario, has announced the winners of its 2012 new boat giveaway contest, as well as details on a yead-end promotion in Sudbury, Ontario.

Consumers who purchased a new Legend boat as part of the company’s 2012 promotion were automatically entered into a contest to win a share of $10,000 in cash prizes. The winners for 2012 were recently announced as follows:

Bert Mickalyk, of Kettle Valley Place, BC, was named the lucky winner of the $5,000 grand prize award.

Winners of $1,000 each were Jason Smith, of Aurora, Ontario; Jean-Claude Dumais of Amos, Quebec; Paul Pouliot of Gatineau, Quebec; DCS Rentals of Hamilton, Ontario; and Larry Martin of Puslinch, Ontario.

The company also announced it will host a year-end clearance event this week, from September 24 to 30 inclusive, at the New Sudbury Center. The show will feature end-of-season clearance specials, along with special offers for winterization, shrink wrap and storage.
